This building was nstructed in 1930. Its original form as a single-story wooden building with galvanized steel sheet roof has been well-preserved. You can watch traditional lifestyle as traditional alcohol is being brewed by a third- generation manufacturer.
This brewery building features the a wall that was made with weaved sorghum straw, following which soil was applied, and boards were put up as finishing. Rice husks were placed between the mud-plastered wall and boards. Rice husk showed the characteristics of the production facilities well as they are in the ceiling of the space that produces traditional alcohol including the space for fermentation.
