Site subsidy - Max. 10% of the land purchase price Max. 30% of the land purchase price • A company which has run the business in the capital area for at least 1 year with not less than 30 regular employees • Relocated a separate business place, such as head office, factory, or research center, to regional or provincial area • After the relocation, the company must maintain at least 30 regular employees and one billion KRW investment amount (30 billion KRW for large companies). The previous business place should be closed or sold out before the investment is completed. • A company that has run the business for at least one year consecutively in Korea, with at least 10 regular employees. The regular employees at the business place under the investment benefit must be not less than 10% of the regular employees (min. 10 people) of the previous business place (min. 30 for middle-standing and SMEs, and 70 for large companies) • Minimum investment must be one billion KRW (30 billion KRW for large companies) • Existing business places must be maintained (except those located in the metropolitan overpopulation control area)
