  • This is a general monument with the body on a turtle-shaped bedplate and the head on the top of the body. This stone monument doesn’t have any epitaph or inscription, and accordingly, it’s called Baegbi, which makes it more famous. Damaged, the turtle-shaped bedplate looks like a horse’s head, and the claws are destroyed as well. The turtle shell is carved with delicacy, which gives a graceful impression and the lotus-shaped bed plate under the body gives a sense of volume and beauty simultaneously.
  • There are nine dragons trying to grab a magical bead, Yeouiju, carved realistically on the head stone.
  • This stone monument shows the typical features of art and sculpture from the early Goryoe Dynasty, such as the turtle-shaped bedplate, the relatively the thin body considering its size, and the rectangular form of the head stone. This is comparable to Wonrangseonsabi at Wolgwangsa in terms of the period and style of the construction.
