    • The symbol of Jincheon features the smiling faces of a man and a woman designed in a circular curve that symbolizes the whole of creation. This symbol embodies hope and progress of the Jincheon people in the 21st century.
      The semi-circular round line represents the treasured cultural heritage of Jincheon and the curve underneath symbolizes the powerful spirit and capabilities of the Jincheon people, which are changing and developing all the time. The Korean character "Jincheon" also embodies the smiling faces of a man and a woman that express gentle personalities, bright possibilities and the positive traits of the Jincheon people. The flag of the county represents SaengGeo Jincheon, which is a place of natural beauty and hope for the future.
