- Our fellow global villagers! Welcome and thank you for visiting the website of Jincheon-gun.
The local residents in Saenggeo Jincheon are actively coordinating all their efforts to build the new Jincheon-si, a city with a long historical heritage and tradition of culture.
This is the birthplace of General Kim, You-shin and a place with a very long and rich historical heritage, the home to the well known Korean traditional game of Nongdari and the magnificent Cheongsongangsa Temple.
This is also the location for a new Sports Training Complex that will serve to train Korean national athletes and the site where Jungbu New Town (Innovative City of Chungbuk) will be built soon.
We are doing everything in our power to lay the grounds for a brighter and more prosperous future by establishing Asem Jincheon University Campus and a large-scale Industrial Complex.
Jincheon-gun is committed to building a city of education and culture where people will want to come and live and optimum conditions prevail for business, agriculture, health and leisure.
We would like to ask for your sustained participation and support in building the new Jincheon-si, a city of hope that is forward looking.
